Welcome to Casa Presente Guesthouse! Your use of our services is subject to the following terms and conditions, which we encourage you to read carefully. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use our services. These terms and conditions may be updated without notice, and your continued use of our services after any changes will signify your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions. 

1. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy depends on the time period you are looking to book. In order to confirm a booking, we request a deposit. During the low season – October to March, cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the arrival date will receive a refund minus a processing fee of €25,00. Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date are non-refundable. During the high season , all bookings are non-refundable. In the case of a no-show, the full amount of the deposit will not be refunded.

2. Check-in

Check-in time at Casa Presente Guesthouse is 3:00 pm. We usually have staff to welcome our guests but also provide self check-in instructions. Before your arrival, we will send you instructions on how to access your room. Please follow the instructions carefully to ensure a smooth check-in process. If you have any questions or encounter any issues upon arrival or prior, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.

3. Check-out

We request that guests check-out by 11:00 am. Simply leave your room keys inside the room, on the table. You do not need to check-out with our staff nor fill out any forms. We hope you enjoyed your stay with us, and we look forward to hosting you again in the future. Your suggestions and feedback are very important for us, and we will welcome them any time.

4. Prices

The prices at Casa Presente Guesthouse may vary on a daily basis. Please consult our availability and rates on our website or through email. The rates include taxes.

5. Use of Personal Information

We may use your personal information to get in touch with you regarding your booking and/or special offers. Please know your information will not be shared with third parties. For more information, please consult our Privacy Policy.

6. Liability

Casa Presente Guesthouse is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their personal property.

7. House Rules

Communal Kitchen: Available during low season (November to March). When using the kitchen, please leave the space clean and ready for other guests to use;
Noise: We really believe Casa Presente Guesthouse is a tranquil space for all our guests. To ensure this remains true, we request that noise levels are kept to a minimum after 10:00 pm;
Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Casa Presente Guesthouse;
Parking: Parking is available and free at Casa Presente Guesthouse;
Breakfast: Breakfast is optional and only available during high season (April to October);
Extra Activities: No activities are included with booking. When booking and throughout your stay you can plan extra activities. If you need suggestions, we can definitely point you in the right .
